The mark consists of a beige disk with dark red, light red, and black borders on top of which rests an off-white four leaf clover pattern with a dark red border with light red tints and arrowhead embellishments at the corners and tips, inside of which rests a burgundy with gold borders stylized cross, with crescents at the east and west ends of the cross, a blunted crescent at the south end of the cross, and an arrowhead with a teardrop opening in the center at the north end of the cross. Gold rivets appear bolt the cross to the four leaf clover.
