Two rectangles
The mark consists of a stylized depiction of a man with a head composed of a large polygon with multiple polygons inside creating the image of a face. Connected to and extending below the face is a long pentagon creating the body of the man and connecting to a horizontal rectangle creating the depiction of a podium encompassing the wording "KONCLAMATUS".
