Description of Design Search

The mark consists of two concentric circles where the outer circle appears in the color cream and the inner circle appears in the color red. The outer circle has a black shadow. In front of the middle of the circles and extending beyond the circles to each side appears the stylized wording "JIMMY SNO" in light blue cursive writing with a red outline that has black highlights and a black shadow. Below the wording "JIMMY SNO" appears a yellow banner with white highlights that has a black shadow. The yellow banner has edges that curl around where the back of the banner edges appear in the shadow of the banner. In the center of the banner appears the outlines of three five-pointed stars where the inner red circle and the banner's black shadow is visible through the star outlines. The banner extends past the circle on either side of the banner. Above the word "JIMMY SNO" appears an anthropomorphized character formed from a cup where the cup appears in light blue with white highlights with a black outline. On the face of the cup are black eyebrows, white and black eyes, and a black mouth with a red tongue. Attached to the cup are black legs, red and white shoes that have a black outline, black arms, and white gloves with a black outline. Protruding from the top of the cup appears a semi-circular frozen confection with a jagged black line edge that is divided into three portions where the left portion is yellow, the middle portion is red, and the right portion is purple. Emerging from the top right of the semi-circular frozen confection is the handle of a spoon colored in grey with a black outline. The cup character has a black shadow and appears in front and above the concentric circles. In front of the cup character appears white snowflakes. To the right of the cup characters appears two five-pointed stars in yellow. To the left of the cup characters appears two five-pointed stars in yellow. The color white outside the circles, cup character, banner, and lettering appears as background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
