My 2 sisters and I treated with no respect by 2 young ladys at the card desk when we trying to a casino gamblers card, We will not be going back to INDIGO SKY!

My two sisters and mother went there for a girls weekend, we love the casino and bingo, as far as the hotel, the rooms were very nice, but we had an unpleasant stay, our keys did not work when my sister went to use it and was hassled at the front desk as if she was a criminal. I called and spoke to Rodney the manager and he acted like it was no big deal, I felt he was very unprofessional and not concerned. He needs people skills!

I AM NOT REAL PLEASED WITH MY VISITS AT INDIGO SKY. I KNOW ITS ALL FOR FUN BUT THE SLOTS ARE SO TIGHT U CANT WIN ANYTHING AND THAT MAKES FOR A BORING AND AGGRAVATING NIGHT. HONESTLY IVE HAD MORE FUN AT THE LUCKY TURTTLE DOWN THE ROAD.THAT SHOULDNT BE THE CASE CONSIDERING THE DIFFRENCE IN SIZES.I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH MY STAY AT ALL.

Love Indigo Sky Casino Have been there the past 2 weekends. However had to leave early this weekend in order to find a place with a descent restaurant. Ended up at High Winds. There was only one place open to eat,Three Sisters It was more like a deli. Last week we ate at the other restaurant and it was good. Why have they not put in a full time descent restaurant, a buffet would be really nice.

My husband and I always went to Bordtown. And was very please there. I would win and there were always times you would have to play a machine. We would go on a Friday nite and would have to get there early to get a machine. We went to Indigo Sky last nite (which was a Friday nite. If there were 150 people there I would be surprised. The machines were so tight . We both lost $200.00 and never got a red spin. We left and went to another casino down the road. Won't be back to Indigo Sky. You might as well walk in and toss your money on the floor and walk out!!!! We have gone to Indigo several times. So this wasn't our 1st. And never have won any thing good. So Good Bye Indigo Sky!

very bad experience. Will of course give it one more try, but our problem is where to eat. We travel over 2 hrs. and would like a nice buffet, the food court is horrible, so we have to find a place to eat nearby and the only place that came to mind is Wyandotte Casino - the food is pretty good there and as long as we are there will probably play and who knows might spend our day there. Wake up Indigo you need a buffet!! Many folks we converse with say the same.

I have been to your casino & the restaurant system at the 3 sisters food court should be organized in a very different manner. We have tried it on 2 different times & will not not eat at it again. Why not a nice restaurant to eat lunch.

We have always enjoyed Bordertown as one of our favorites. The new casino is now on our DON'T GO TO list. I don't care if I ever go back. After waiting in line 30-45 to get our new card with people slipping under the rope to cut in front because it was taking so long, we go to play and over half of the machines weren't working. The machine I was able to find would not let me play b/c it was retreiving my records on the card I waited for. I left with my money I had to gamble with!! After waiting in line for so long then no one knew the answer to simple questions like "What foods do the resturants offer?" I guess if you weren't ready to open with a knowledgable staff and working machines you should have not opened. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear!!

My first visit was not a good one. My husband and I have chosen Bordertown as our favorite play to go. We usually would go 1 to 2 times a week. My first vist to Indigo the elcetric was not working. You would think that spending that much money on a casino, you have a back up supply. No one blocked traffic to tell you it was closed. You had to park and than walk up to the door. So we spent our money elsewhere that night and won more that I came with. No it is not like Bordertown. I felt comfortable there and the atmosphere was wonderful. I tried 12 or so machines and was very lucky to even get a spin. Several machines were not working so mainly it was the higher dollar machines that were working. The drinks... why change $2.75 for a bottle of beer? The servers would not walk bac to the bar by the restaurant to get one on tap. I as told I needed to get it myself. Before I left the beer was $3.25 each. What the heck. Is this a high roller casino with only big spenders? What about us the middle class people that I guaranttee that helped build the new casino. Also, why do you charge $10.00 a hand at the blackjack tables? That is what they do at Downstream. You should not make it where people cant afford to play. Yes the casino looks nice but, I am very disappointed with my first visit and reluctant to come back.

Its a beautiful casino that wasn't ready to be opened. Over 300 of the slots weren't working and the ones that were working were extremely tight. They talk about all the restaurants, there appears to be only one true restaurnt and it wasn't even open. The other are little deli types. I can't believe they'd have this big of casino and not offer a buffet. They need to learn not to open until they have everything up and running. It will be a long time before we go back.

I've been to Bordertown many times and it's one of my favorite places. Me and my family have been looking forward to the new casino opening. It was a real let down when it did. Most of the machines were not working except for the $1,$2, and $5 machines. There were a few quarter machines working. They were too tight to where none of us won anything. All in all I would say it was a very bad day! Very disappointed.

me and my husband was long time visitors to Bordertown and loved it even traveling 30 minutes to go every saturday but this new casino is horrible. The service and machines were awful and didn't pay anything. I received free play but none of the machines would even let me use it. My husband and his family are all members of the easter shawnee tribe so he has always tried to support his tribe but has now decided to go elsewhere and support another tribe. This one is going to be taken off of our list. Bordertown was a great casino.

Our first visit to the new casino was very disappointing for my husband and me. At least half the machines were nonfunctional, and as experienced slot players, we found those that were working to be super tight. The decor is lovely, especially the bar area, but we were disappointed that the Three Sisters consists of a fast food court and that the one "good" restaurant left a lot to be desired. It is strictly Mexican fare, priced twice as high as comparable food elsewhere. No salsa was given with the meal, and my husband found that the tortilla on his burrito was tough, as though it had been reheated several times. The meat was tough and not particularly well spiced. The peppers and onions in my fajitas should have been cooked longer, and the meat was still red in the center. And if it's Mexican, can we at least have chips and salsa beforehand? Also disappointing for the restaurant was its design, in that it was open to the slot machine area, making it unavoidably noisy. I certainly wouldn't want to take a family there to eat! On the high side, the service, particularly that of our waitress, Kate, was simply spectacular. She was wonderful, and she and the pick-up bus driver and the others we talked to helped make up for the meager benefits elsewhere. We will try visiting again in a month or so. If nothing improves, we will take this casino off our list.

I would rather go to Downstream's and loose my money there, at least i have a chance to win something there. This is the worst casino i have EVER been to! Do not get sucked into there high rise scheme. They are definitely trying to get a return on their investment. The slots are so tight and will not give you back anything more than you put in. Best advise is to go elsewhere.

I went to the grand opening of Indigo Sky Casino on Wednesday, Sept. 5 with a friend. She plays the slots, I play poker and the horses. Very disappointed at the initial results. The slot machines seemed super-tight -- I guess the Shawnees wanted to get back their entire investment the first day. Also, the poker room and horse room were not open for the grand opening! Why didn't the tribe delay the opening until they could be operational? My third complaint is that they are advertising five restaurants, when in reality they have three jammed together fast food restaurants. The Shawnees have a beautiful building with great possibilities, but unless they make their slots a lot more generous and get some first-class restaurants in the place, they are going to have a serious loss of customers.

DO NOT GO !! I REPEAT DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSEING YOUR MONEY WITHOUT A CHANCE OF WINNING ONE DIME BACK !! WORST CASINO I'VE EVER BEEN TO. PLAYED 5 MACHINES IN A ROW WITHOUT EVER GETTING ABOVE WHAT I PUT IN THEM. STAY AWAY !!!!!!

I was there for the opening and all seemed to go well. very nice decor but a little brighter than I like, not all slot machines were up and running but there was a good variety. Restaurant food at Woodland Grille was good but there were a few glitches but that's to be expected. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. All in all, I had a good day in a very nice casino.
