The mark consists of two lines of words, with the words "Elevate Life" in large black font, placed directly above a second set of words in black stating "Physical Message", "Chiropractic", and "Massage". On the first line, where "Elevate Life" is located, the letter "A" in the word "Elevate" is created through the appearance of a figure that provides the illusion of a cartoon version of a person. The Arch that creates the "A" is in the color black, while the solid figures that create the appearance of arms and circular head are in the color blue. The line that connects the Arch that traditionally forms the "A" is also in the color blue, and begins at the tip of the Arc on the left hand side, rising through the "A" on the right hand side.
