Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the wording "DALEYVIDEO" at the bottom of the mark and housed in a shaded rectangle. Above the wording are thirteen silhouette figures. Ten silhouettes are people and three are objects. To the far left, above the straight line forming the letter "D" is a single boy with a baseball cap, pointing straight ahead, facing to the right. Next, the second figure, directly above the curve of the "D" is a boy facing to the right, slightly bent over, looking into the third figure, a large video camera atop a triangle shape made by four legs and wheels, which is located directly above the "A" and pointed to the right. This is followed by the fourth figure, a man wearing a tie, who is bent in a backwards motion to the left, facing the right, waving his hands in the air with one foot off the ground, in the space between the "L" and the "E". Above the space between the "E" and the "Y" is the fifth figure, a woman wearing a dress and bent slightly over to the right, leaning toward a man wearing a hat, the sixth figure, who is adjacent to the top corner of the "Y". Above the "V" and the "I" is the seventh figure, a man wearing a hat facing to the left who is holding the hand of the eighth figure, a little boy who is also facing to the left. Last, the twelfth figure is a man to the far right, above the right side of the "O", facing the left, holding the thirteenth figure, a round microphone on a long stick extending to the space above the seventh character in from the left.
