The mark consists of the letter "C" in bold large font with the peripheral ends of the "C" having a slightly offset from vertical linear face such that the general shape of the letter "C" is a horseshoe; the interior of the letter "C" schematically illustrating a thermostat face with a scale made up of evenly-spaced lines representing the various temperature set points of a thermostat and a circle below the set points, the circle having a triangle on its outer circumference that points to one of the set points of the scale such that the overall shape of the letter "C" together with the internal features generally resemble the appearance of a thermostat face; the letter "C" followed by the letters "r", "a", "n", "d", "a", "l", "l" in a smaller, less prominent font than the letter "C" and spelling the word "Crandall"; appearing under the word "Crandall" is the word "Stats" followed by "&" and the word "Sensors", the "S" in "Stats" and "Sensors" being capitalized and in a larger, bolder font than the lower case letters "t", "a", "t", "s", but in smaller font than "C" above it; the ampersand in the same font and boldness as the capital letter "S" in the word "Stats", the ampersand followed by the word "Sensors" with the leading "S" capitalized and in the same font size and boldness as the "S" in "Stats", the leading "S" of "Sensors", followed by the smaller case, smaller font letters "e", "n", "s", "o", "r", "s"; the phrase "Stats & Sensors" being below the word "Crandall" and offset to the right of "Crandall".
