Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the color brown applied to the cap and to the neck of the container of the goods. On the neck of the container is found the word "CENTENARIO" with a horse design over a circle underneath followed by the wording "SIETE AÑOS", all in gold color. Over the body of the container are four clear, transparent, and embossed small circles at the left side and four clear, transparent, and embossed small circles at the right side. On the upper-middle side of the body of the container are found several clear, transparent, and embossed circles positioned in a way that at the same time form a circle, followed by two clear, transparent, and embossed shield figures represented with lines. Underneath is found a beige label which contains a brown banner with the word "CENTENARIO" in beige color, followed by the number "7" in beige color inside a brown square with rounded edges, on top is found the word "RUM" in brown color with brown stylized curved lines on each side and below the number "7", the word "AÑOS" in brown color. Following the word "AÑOS" is found the wording "AÑEJO ESPECIAL" in beige color inside a brown banner. Below is found a brown stripe formed by several curved brown vectors. The dotted lines outlining the container and its cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
