The mark consists of red wording "Brian's Fabulous" or "backyard shakeup" or other brand name on upper left hand corner the wraps around the left upper hemisphere of the yellow wording "lemonade." The wording "lemonade" wraps around the upper hemisphere or top of a yellow lemon. There is a Yellow lemon in either vertical or horizontal placement (depending on size of container the logo is affixed to). The yellow lemon has different shades of yellow to depict depth. The yellow lemon has a black marks on it to depict texture. The yellow lemon has black lining around its perimeter. The yellow lemon is wearing black sunglasses with a grey highlight. The yellow lemon has a white smile with a line depicting teeth. The yellow lemon has an arm with a hand protruding on the right side. The yellow arm is holding a beverage that consists of a cylindrical base with a flat bottom and a snap on lid that is in the shape of a dome with a straw that extends from the outside the top of the beverage container into the beverage container. These features are outlined in black. The Beverage container is colored a light blue where the container does not include liquid content.
