Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a square red and black shaded field, bordered on all four sides in black shadow, forms the background for the literal elements MAJESTIC DIAMOND POKER, in the top left corner, in grey, beneath which is a clear multi-faceted gem floating on the red and black shaded background. The red and black are reflected in the gem's facets making it appear to be shaded in red and black. Two broken black ellipses at right angles to one another appear on the red and black background beneath the gem's bottom point, so as to frame the gem. In the lower right quadrant of the square field are six stacks of poker chips in varying heights. The poker chips are multi-colored in red, black, white, blue, and green, and are of varying denomination.
