The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising the design and layout of a gaming establishment. The gaming establishment features a circular, multi-level, concentric gaming floor space. The top outermost balcony level of the gaming establishment has walnut walls with black vertical lines and walnut railing. Two large rectangular screens appear on the walls in black. Four rectangular horizontal cutouts in shades of beige and brown appear on the walls, and four sets of beige shelves appear on the wall. Three brown doors appear on the wall. The balcony level contains eight walnut tables, each in the shape of a half moon with a green playing surface on top, situated around the circular balcony, looking down on the lower two levels, with the straight edges of the tables set along the balcony railing. The tables are in sets of two with four descending staircases in brown with gold railings dividing each set around the balcony. The tables are surrounded by beige chairs with silver legs and black wheels. The carpet that appears on this level is in shades of black, red, and green. Four half moon walnut tables, each with a green playing surface on top, appear around the middle floor's center railing, which is in the color beige. Beige chairs surround each table on the middle level, and walnut planters divide the tables into two sets of two. The planters contain plants in shades of green, pink, and yellow. The carpeting on the middle floor appears in shades of green, brown, and pink. A rectangular walnut table with two beige chairs appears between two of the half moon tables comprising one set of half moon tables.
