Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a cup with a rectangle design with curved corners running the vertical length of the side of a cup having six horizontal lines dividing the rectangle into seven sections and with seven smiley face drawings aligned alongside the window on alternating sides, each smiley adjacent to a separate section of the window going from top to bottom. The bottom smiley face is crying on the left, the next highest smiley face is a sad face on the right, the next highest smiley face looks discontent with a frown on the left, the next highest smiley face has a straight line at its mouth, the next highest smiley face has a smirk on the left, the next highest smiley face has a smile, and the top smiley face has a smile with its tongue hanging out at the top right. The broken lines depicting the cup outline indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
