Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a rosary. The matter depicted in broken lines is not claimed as a feature of the mark and serves only to show the position or placement of the mark. The mark is defined as a rosary for children having large, round prayer beads grouped and separated by textile knots. The rosary is formed of a first neck surrounding portion defined by the large, round prayer beads, separated by the textile knots and a second neck surrounding portion defined by the large, round prayer beads, separated by the textile knots. The first neck surrounding portion and the second neck surrounding portion are connected via an elongated clasp. The first neck surrounding portion and second neck surrounding portion culminate, opposite the elongated clasp, at an upper textile knot. An artful interpretation of a miraculous medal, wherein Mary is depicted as a cartoon in design, with a rounded face, smiling, with a modern crown, and rays extending from her hands is disposed below the upper textile knot. The artful miraculous medal is disposed vertically between the upper textile knot and a lower textile knot. Below the lower textile knot is an extension grouping of the large, round prayer beads. The extension grouping of the large round prayer beads terminates in a final textile knot, which attaches a crucifix to the extension grouping of prayer beads, wherein the crucifix takes on a cartoonish shape with thick, soft, rounded edges.
