The mark consists of a stylized design of a shield with a bordered exterior border element and a bordered interior border element. The exterior element itself contains an exterior border as well as fourteen circular designs elements which represents rivets, with five circular design elements situated within the upper curved horizontal element of the exterior border element, with one circular design at the apex of the point where the two curved horizontal top elements meet, and two on either side of same. Four circular designs are situated within each of the left and right vertical elements of the exterior border design, and one circular design is situated at the apex formed at the bottom of the shield design where the two vertical elements come to a point. The interior of the shield design includes seven vertical geometric elements, with the one in the center being the longest. Extending outward from both sides of the center element are three other vertical geometric elements that decrease in size as they proceed outward from the center. The seven interior vertical geometric elements, the outer border of the border element, the inner border of the border element, the left and right vertical segments of the border element and the lower section of the interior of the shield are dark green. The left side of the horizontal outer border element and the interior of the circular elements at the top apex, the lower apex and the other circular designs on the left vertical side of the border element are white. The remaining interior background of the shield design is light green and green. The left side of the horizontal border element and the upper third of the left vertical border element are light green.
