The mark consists of seven nautical flags in a horizontal line read from left to right described as follows: the first nautical flag has a single red, white, and blue vertical stripe from left to right; the second nautical flag has a yellow cross over a red background; the third nautical flag has a black circle in the middle of the flag over a yellow background; the fourth nautical flag is divided into four squares where the top left and bottom right squares are yellow and the top right and bottom left squares are black; the fifth nautical flag is diagonally divided in half into two triangles from the top left corner to the bottom right corner where the top right triangle is red and the bottom left triangle is yellow; the sixth nautical flag has 6 vertical stripes in alternating colors starting with yellow from the left and alternating with blue; and the seventh nautical flag has 10 diagonal stripes in alternating colors starting with yellow from the top left diagonal and alternating with red.
