The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the trade dress of a cafeteria, restaurant, bar and cafe services establishment's inside view. The inside of the store features a wall with a rectangular horizontal molding below which three rectangles appear: the first from left to right is a transparent rectangular glass panel. The two sets of diagonal lines and the dotted lined represent that other objects can be seen through the glass. The objects in dotted lines are not claimed as a feature of the mark. Next, to the right, appears a rectangle that represents a wall. The dotted lines in that space represents that a painting or other decorative image can be placed there and are not claimed as a feature of the mark. Next, to the right, another transparent rectangular glass panel appears. The two sets of diagonal lines and the dotted lined represent that other objects can be seen through the glass. The objects in dotted lines are not claimed as a feature of the mark. Below, on that same wall, three double rectangles appear in dotted lines, as they are not claimed as a feature of the mark and represent the wall. In front of the wall three chairs with round backs, curved legs and semi-round seats appear. In the center of the store, appears a display table with tow top tiers and a lower shelf. The items on the display table appear in dotted lines as they represent the chocolate products or decorations of the sore and are not claimed as a feature of the mark. The remaining items that appear in dotted lines represent products and decorations of the store and are not claimed as a feature of the markand are included to show the location or placement of the claimed elements of the mark.
