The mark consists of three blue-rimmed with red, white and orange background circles organized vertically on a red background. The first circle contains a stylized depiction of two intertwined white ropes outlined in red in the top half of the circle above three red, orange and yellow curved arrows outlined in white pointing downwards and appearing to exit the circle in the bottom half of the circle. The second circle contains a stylized depiction of a double sided orange and red arrow with a white outline situated vertically on the left side of the circle and in the center of the circle is a loop design made from white rope with a red outline and to the right of the loop is a depiction of a vertical red and white ruler on the right side of the circle. The third circle contains a depiction of an intertwined white rope with a red outline in the bottom left of the circle and a white cross-hair with white alignment guides and red outline above and to the right of the rope and inside the cross-hair is a stylized orange fire emanating from the bottom left into the center.
