Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the following: a black horizontal line with grey shading at the outer ends of the line; a multicolored series of twenty-six rods arranged roughly in three rows, i.e., a back row, a middle row and a front row, each of said rods projecting upwardly at different angles from the black horizontal line, and each of said rods having an expanding star shaped cross-section as the rod projects upwardly from the black horizontal line and terminating at the upper end with a star shaped presentation comprising a portion of a flag, i.e., symbol, representing a country in the western hemisphere, (A) wherein the back row includes from left to right (1) a red rod with a star resembling the flag of the Dominican Republic consisting of white bars in a cross shape, blue fields above and to the left of the white cross and below and to the right of the white cross, red fields below and to the left of the white cross and above and to the right of the white cross, and on the center of the white cross an emblem comprising images of two green fronds, a white, red and blue shield design with a red banner below and a blue banner above, (2) a blue and black rod with a star resembling the flag of Argentina consisting of a white field with generally horizontal alternating blue and white stripes and a representation of a portion of the sun in yellow on the white field above and to (2) a green rod with a star resembling the flag of Bolivia consisting of a green lower stripe, a yellow middle stripe and a red upper stripe together with an emblem on the yellow stripe, the emblem consisting of three red, yellow and green striped banners, two crossed yellow cannons, two green fronds, a brown eagle, and a blue and yellow oval frame surrounding an image in green, brown, a haystack, blue, and yellow, and the yellow portion of the frame having the word BOLIVIA in red capital letters thereon, (3) a blue rod with a star resembling the flag of St. Kitts and Nevis consisting of a center red stripe and two white stripes adjacent to opposite sides of the red stripe and two outer blue stripes, and an emblem on the red stripe, the emblem including a white oval-shaped background and an ornate yellow frame surrounding an image in blue, brown, white, and yellow, (4) a blue rod with a star resembling the flag of Honduras consisting of a center white stripe with five blue stars on the white stripe and two blue stripes on opposite sides of the white stripe, and (5) a green rod with a star resembling the flag of Mexico consisting of with vertical bars of green, white, and red, with a green, red, yellow, blue, and brown eagle design, and (C) wherein the front row includes (1) a blue rod with a star resembling the flag of Guatemala consisting of a white center stripe and two outer blue stripes, and an emblem on the white stripe consisting of two green and red fronds, a yellow scroll design with a pair a crossing blue swords, a pair of brown rifles, and a green and red bird, (2) a yellow rod with a star resembling the flag of Ecuador consisting of an upper yellow stripe, a blue middle stripe, a lower red stripe and an emblem on the blue stripe and lower portion of the yellow stripe, the emblem consisting of a pair of yellow, blue and red striped banners, a white oval frame surrounding an image in blue, green, white, and brown, (3) a blue rod with a star resembling the flag of Uruguay consisting of a center white stripe, two blue stripes positioned above and below the center white stripe, and an image of a yellow sun with a face on the white stripe, and (4) a blue rod with a star resembling the flag of Puerto Rico consisting of a blue triangular field with a white star on the blue field and alternating red and white stripes; and a
