The mark consists of three-dimensional trade dress of product packaging for goods. The mark features a portion of an arched window frame, having a linear bottom edge, two straight lateral edges, and an arched upper portion. The top arched upper portion extends down one straight lateral edge and intersects the linear bottom edge, forming a distinct "L" shape. At the other end of the bottom length, the hangar returns upward creating a slight extension toward the upper arch, at about a right angle, and leaving an opening between the second straight lateral edge and the upper arch. The upper arch is semi-circular and incorporates a knob area disposed on top of the upper arch. The broken lines depicting the representative socks and fold-over holder indicate placement of the mark on goods and are not part of the mark.
