The mark consists of the following: a blue wave on the wall, a light blue wave on the wall, and an aqua blue wave on the wall. The mark further consists of three-dimensional trade dress depicting the interior of a tropical themed swimming school. The mark consists of a floor that is sandy in appearance; changing rooms and restrooms having slanted roofs made of corrugated metal; a fish tank having a slanted roof and port holes; a hair dryer station featuring thatched roofing; and a surf board bench. The mark also consists of tropical decoration, including palm trees and cabanas with thatched roofing. The front desk depicted in the mark contains goldfish cutouts. The wall behind the front desk is made of bamboo and features the design of a goldfish. The broken lines depicting the swimming pool, the lane dividers, the showers, the shower bench, the shower stalls, the doors, door hardware, fixtures on the cabanas, counters, cubby holes, seating, legs for the surfboard bench, lighting fixtures, mirrors, and display cases indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
