Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a representation of the bottom of a shoe sole, showing the stylized image of a portion of a cheetah's face. In the middle of the top part of the shoe shape is a brown eye with a black pupil, surrounded with black shading that extends to the top, bottom, and both sides of the shoe shape. To the left is white shading around the eye, and at the bottom of the shoe shape is white shading, including white whiskers. To both sides of this white area and to the bottom of the mark is black shading. The remaining portions of the mark, depicting the general color of the cheetah's face, are brown. The broken lines depicting the shape of the shoe sole indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
