Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a thin black circle outlining the whole mark. Just inside the black circle there is a slightly thicker white circle. Then there is another thin black circle within the white circle. Inside that is a thick light grey circle, with a thinner and slightly darker grey circle within that thick grey circle. The center of the mark has a white background. Centered inside the thick light grey circle is a design that follows the circular pattern. This design consists of a series of two red dots, outlined in black, and a white cow horn (a design that is thicker on one end and tapers down to a point on the opposite end with a slight wave to the design) which is outlined in black. There are two slightly waived red stripes, with a black outline and white dots with black outlines centered inside the stripes, in the white center of the mark. One red stripe runs vertically and one red stripe runs horizontally, thus dividing the white center of the mark into four quarters. In the northwest and southeast quarters there are four feathers. The feathers are grey with red tips and black detailing. The size of each of the four feathers in the different section vary depending on its location, in the northwest quarter the feathers are smaller on the west end of the quarter and gradually increase in size with the largest on the east side of the quarter, and in the southeast quarter the feathers are largest on the west and decrease in size with the smallest on the east side of the quarter. In the farthest south portion of the southwest quarter there is a drawing of a grey buffalo, which is outlined in black, placed on top of a waived black line. In the farthest north portion of the northeast quarter there is a drawing of a black oil derrick placed on top of a waived black line. Running from the northeast quarter to the southwest quarter behind the waived red stripes are four arrows. The grey tips are in the southwest quarter the black shafts run behind the red stripes and the red feather ends are in the northeast quarter. The whole arrow is outlined in black. Over the four arrows and the red stripes is a bow, which consists of a thin, black curved line running from the northwest quarter through the southwest quarter and ending in the southeast quarter and a straight black line connecting the two ends of the curved line, which runs straight from the northwest quarter to the southeast quarter. On either side of the straight, black line are grey triangles which are thin at either end of the straight line and thickest at the middle point. Overlaying all of the items in the white center of the mark there are seven waived tentacle like images. Each tentacle is connected at the center of the mark move outward evenly as they taper to a point about one-third of the way from the outer edge of the white center portion of the mark. Each tentacle is shaded with the left half of the tentacle in dark grey and the right half in light grey, all with a black outline.
