The mark consists of three Chinese characters in black and housed in a yellow curved rectangle pointing down with a black outline that appears at the bottom of the mark. On either side of the curved rectangle is a curved rectangle pointing up with each featuring six lines and three diamond shapes in black on a yellow background and black outlines. Above the Chinese characters and rectangles is a circular design element with three stylized curved lines extending from either side of the bottom of the circle and in yellow with black outlines. The circle is supported on the lower left and lower right by a "wing" design element comprised of three black lines, yellow interiors, and a black outline. The circle itself is outlined in black and contains two yellow lines separated by a white line. The interior of the circle contains a green, black and brown tree, a blue sky with white clouds, green and yellow grass, and a well made of brown, black and yellow bricks.
