Hi, Can I use artwork published under Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 United States License. The art says some rights reserved. Most places online say I need to attribute it. I want to put it on a shirt, how would I do that?

(https://www.zazzle.com/motivational_heart_fitness_cartoon_gym_poster-228667178814789182) I added a copyright symbol and my name as part of the design. Today, I found that a company in Canada (http://cordarofit.com/) is using the same phrase together with their company ...

In Expired Trademarks    -  updated on 2/20/2017
I've seen repeated questions about re-using pre-1923 advertising, where the respondent warns about trademarks (and trademarked phrasing) appearing, but I've yet to see anyone discuss the situation where, yes, there is a trademark, but the trademark is canceled or expired. I have been threatened with legal action the name of what I promote and sell on the internet infringes on a trademark of a large company. Since I know little about trademark laws, I disengaged my websie but retain ownership of the domain. I fear that I may lose a law suit. The company in question now wants ownership of my domain among other things. Is ownership of a domain an infringement if there is nothing back it up?
