Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a blue square with a whole cut out on each side. In those spaces, it says: "Strategy What are we trying to accomplish? What problem are we solving? What are out goals? What is our mission?" It also says on the right, "Process & Structure How will we get our jobs done? Who will do what? What do we not have that we need to innovate, build, or acquire?" On the bottom, it says, "Metrics How will we know if we are making progress against our goals?" On the lefthand side, it says, "Culture What does it feel like to work here? What behaviors do we encourage?" And above the box, it reads, "Leadership Framework" The subtitles on all of the sides of the box are in a bolded blue, while the letters below are in black. The Title is also blue.
