The mark consists of a circular seal with the outside darkened circle containing the words "LEADERSHIP DIALOGUE" at the top of the circle and the words "GALA DINNER" at the bottom of the darkened circle. The lighter circle inside the darkened circle contains a crest framed by laurels on both sides joined by a bow at the bottom middle of the crest. The left hand side of the crest contains a kangaroo with stars arranged consistent with the Australian national flag in the upper left corner and an eagle on the right hand side, with a line down the center of the crest. On the left side of the laurel are three Australian flags cascaded in a row showing a full view of the first flag overlapping and obscuring the bottom majority of the two consecutive flags. On the right side of the laurel are three American flags cascaded in a vertical row showing a full view of the first flag overlapping and obscuring the bottom majority of the two consecutive flags.
