Handrail systems, namely-- Stainless steel component system comprised of-- Jet 5, 10, and 40 component handrail made from 316L and 304L stainless steel 1 ¿" Schedule 5, Schedule 10, Schedule 40 pipe and 18 gauge pipe with an outside diameter of 1 point 9 inches also made from 2 inch schedule 5, 10, and 40 pipe as well as 18 gauge pipe that is 2 3/8" outside diameter; Both types use a stainless steel flush mount internal tee fitting that is secured with an inside male lip that is pop riveted to the pipe on one end with the other end coped to fit the other perpendicular pipe with internal screws and rivets; The stainless steel flush mount internal tee fitting may also be used with a male split fork "tang" type fitting that uses pressure applied to the inside of the pipe, with other end coped to fit perpendicular pipe with internal screws and rivets; The T fitting is made from pipe of the same outside diameter as the handrail size; Stainless steel welded system comprised of-- Jet 5, 10, and 40 welded handrail made from stainless steel type 316L or type 304 Schedule 5, Schedule 10, Schedule 40 and 18 gauge pipe cut to length, coped at the joints, and welded together by means of a tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding machine using little or no filler metal made from 1 point 9" outside diameter pipe and 2 3/8" outside diameter pipe; Aluminum component handrail system comprised of-- Jet 5, 10, and 40 component handrail made from aluminum anodized 1 1/2" Schedule 10, Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 pipe with an outside diameter of 1 point 9"; Also made from 2" Schedule 5, 10, and 40 pipe that is 2 point 5" outside diameter; Both type use an aluminum flush mount internal tee fitting that is secured with the inside male lip that is pop riveted to the pipe on one end with the other end coped to fit the other perpendicular pipe with internal screws and rivets; The aluminum flush mount internal tee fitting may also be used with a male split fork "tang" type fitting that uses pressure applied to the inside of the pipe, with other end coped to fit perpendicular pipe with internal screws and rivets; Aluminum welded system comprised of-- Jet 5, 10, 40 and Schedule 80 welded handrail made from aluminum 6061 or 6063 anodized Schedule 5, Schedule 10, Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 pipe cut to length, coped at the joints, and welded together by means of a tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding machine made from 1 point 9" outside diameter pipe and 2 3/8" outside diameter pipe; Steel welded system comprised of-- Jet 5, 10, and 40 welded handrail made from carbon steel Schedule 5, Schedule 10, and Schedule 40 pipe cut to length, coped at the joints, and welded together; This is made from 1 point 9" outside diameter pipe and 2 3/8" outside diameter pipe; Steel component rail systems comprised of-- Jet 5, 10, and 40 component handrail made from carbon steel 1 ¿" Schedule 5, Schedule 10, and Schedule 40 pipe with an outside diameter of 1 point 9 inches also made from 2" Schedule 5, 10 and 40 pipe that is 2 3/8" outside diameter; Both types use a stainless steel flush mount internal tee fitting that is secured with the inside male lip that is pop riveted to the pipe on one end with the other end coped to fit other perpendicular pipe with internal screws and rivets; The carbon steel flush mount internal tee fitting may also be used with a male split fork "tang" type fining that uses pressure applied to the inside of the pipe, with other end coped to fit perpendicular pipe with internal screws and rivets made from pipe; The system may be sandblasted according to the specified requirements of SSPC; SP-6, SP-2, or SP-10 and subsequently primed, painted, or powder coated; It may also be hot dipped galvanized after fabrication; All types of handrail systems may be used with the following components; Aluminum-cast post base with weep channel and holes that allow the post base to be bolted to the floor; These base mounts are also made from pipe and flat bars screwed together to form the base mount out of stainless steel, aluminum and steel; Also, rails may be used with S-shape aluminum Toe Board brackets that clip to the post; Additionally made is a D-shape and channel Toe Board that screws and clips to the post made from stainless steel or steel that mounts to post; All posts may be stiffened with aluminum reinforcing pipe that is hollow, with an x that strengthens the inside; Side mounts are extruded from an aluminum die in the shape of pipe with a flat bar attached to it that wraps around the post with holes so that it may be mounted to any existing wall or vertical plane; It is made from flats and pipe welded together for stainless steel and steel; Pitch rail feet that swivel and attach to an incline that the post fits into; Extruded aluminum bracket for mounting a single line attach rail to the wall or other surface
