Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a blue rectangle with a green inner border and a white outer border. The word "INK" appears in the top third of the rectangle in dark red stylized letters fading to black at the bottoms and having a thin white outside border and a thin black inside border with geometrical designs in black in the center arms of the letters and the middle of the letter "N" appearing as a thin black line with a thick white border. The word "Works" appears in the center of the rectangle in thin stylized black cursive letters with white shading. The words "WINE CO." appear in black block letters in the center of an advertising scroll, with the scroll appearing in the bottom third of the rectangle in shades of gold with a thin white border. Gold fanciful leaves with black and white shading and borders appear under the scroll. An old-style corkscrew, with a silver shaft outlined in black and a dark red handle with silver and black shading and borders, appears below the word "Works" and above and behind the scroll work. A stylized black feather outlined in white appears under the word "INK" and above the word "Works".
