Description of Design Search

The mark consists of A solid green square containing a solid white oval laid vertically in the center of the green square such that the width of the green between the mark perimeter and the beginning of the white oval is thinner on the top and bottom of the mark and slightly wider on the left and right of the mark. The white oval begins from the outermost edge with a white perimeter line followed by a black perimeter line of approximately the same width. The upper half of the white oval contains a horizontally centered circular patch of light green with rough edges vertically beginning slightly below the black border at the top and extending to the midpoint of the white oval. The patch of light green contains a horizontally centered solid white circle falling vertically off-center toward the lower edge of the patch. A hops flower overlays the white circle and extends into the light green patch with two black leaves to the left and bottom of the flower and three green pinecones with black shading to the right and top of the flower. The lower half of the oval contains the word "HOPFEN" appearing just below the horizontal center of the oval in large, black, shadowed block letters underneath which the words "CRAFT TONIC" appear in smaller, green block letters underneath which appears, in the same green color, a centered, artistic scroll with the curl of the scroll facing down on the left and facing up on the right with a smaller scroll bisecting the center of the larger scroll.
