Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a double circular border with the words "GOMPERS PREPARATORY ACADEMY" centered on top and running down each side of the inner border, with the letters "MMV" centered at the bottom inside the circular borders; a floating banner with the words "PER DISCIPULUS PRIMORIS" is above the letters "MMV"; the head, body, and open wings of an eagle are mostly inside the smaller circular border, with a hanging rope draped over the shoulders of the eagle and a shield underneath the eagle; and two rows of two boxes each are within the shield under the eagle. The top left box contains a star, the top right box contains a quill pen and inkwell, the bottom left box contains a graduation hat and scroll, and the bottom right box contains a series of stacked books.
