Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a generally rectangular shape that is separated in the middle. The upper rectangular shape contains the gold wording "GEORGE KARELIAS AND SONS" in an oblong banner that is brown and outlined in gold. The interior of the upper rectangle contains the wording "ORIENTAL MIST" in brown and outlined in gold and the brown wording "HAND ROLLING TOBACCO". The background consists of a cityscape featuring buildings with domed tops. Superimposed over the cityscape is the image of a seated woman in a dress holding a lit cigarette emitting smoke plumes. The sky is blue, fading into tan; the smoke plumes are blue fading into orange; the buildings are orange outlined in dark orange; the woman is brown, tan, and beige. The upper rectangle contains a decorative border that is brown and tan and outlined in gold. In between the two rectangular shapes are eight gold curved lines. The lower rectangular shape is outlined in gold and has a dark tan interior with a light tan decorative background. Three brown tobacco leaves held together by a ribbon are in the middle of the lower rectangle. The gold wording "BIG POUCH" is to the right of the tobacco leaves. Below the tobacco leaves are the brown wording "THE KARELIA TOBACCO COMPANY, KALAMATA, GREECE", a gold horizontal line, and the brown wording "MANUFACTORY AND SUPPLIERS OF FINE TOBACCOS SINCE 1888". The background of the entire mark is beige, but the rectangular shape of the beige background is not part of the mark.
