The mark consists of a thick gold rectangular border and then a thin black rectangular border containing a shaded beige background and containing the following: The stylized black wording "FUNDADA EN 1882" in which the design of a profiled bust of a knight, colored gold, faces to the left and sits atop a rectangular crest, bordered in gold, with four red squares. Within the red squares are the design of a bird with wings outstretched in the top left and bottom right squares and the design of a castle tower in the bottom left and top right squares, all outlined in gold and colored beige. The gold design of a decorative plant border is mirrored on either side of the crest emanating from the top on each side of the bust of the knight and flowing down the sides of the crest. The crest and knight design is located in between the words "FUNDADA" and "EN 1882". The crest and knight design also overlays the design of a thick grey rectangular border with a curved top portion. Contained within this border are the following: The stylized black words "BRANDY DE JEREZ", with gold shadowing outline, which is centered above the large stylized red number "103", with black shadowing outline, which is centered over the smaller beige stylized word "SOLERA". The number "103" is superimposed over a design of a blue seascape containing three orange ships in the background--each with multiple beige masts--and two beige columns with gray detailing--each wrapped in an orange banner--between which sits the design of two overlapping blue and green Earth-globes directly centered in the number "0" with the design of an orange lion sitting atop the center of the overlapping area of the globes and facing to the left. The word "SOLERA" is contained within the design of a gold banner with a thin single line beige border on the top and bottom of the banner. Below the curved rectangular border but still within the overall thick and then thin rectangular border is the stylized black word "OSBORNE" with black shadowing outline.
