The mark consists of person-like faces on a tomato, green pepper, garlic, and green onion with white and black chef's hats on the vegetables. The tomato is red with black and white features and black outline and green and black leaves, the pepper is green with black and white features and outline, the garlic is brown and white with black outline and black and white features and green and black leaves, and the onion is green with black outline and black and white features. The vegetables, resting on a fluffy orange-colored structure with black outline which itself sits atop a yellow banner with black and red outline, are placed on colors and shapes approximating the Arizona state flag, with red and yellow stripes above and blue below, with the words "FreshAZ" in textured green font with black outline above the vegetables, the words "Arizona Centennial" in white font with black outline also above the vegetables and below "FreshAZ".
