The mark consists of the words "FREEDOM BRIDGE" in white and outlined in black with a red shadow effect, above a circle of the American flag with white stars on a blue background and alternating red and white stripes, and with a blue border around the bottom of the circle. The upper portion of the circle design contains an oval area of lighter gray/white highlighting with the rest of the flag design also containing darker gray tones. Superimposed on the flag design in the circle is the black outline of a bridge over a blue channel with black mountains in the background. Underneath the bridge appear the words "LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ" in white and outlined in black with a red shadow effect, with all of the above on a yellow colored state of Arizona that is outlined in black with a red shadow effect.
