This is a scary, they sent the wrong drugs to me and yet none of the managers have called to apologize or explain how this could have happened. They are very incompetent. OMG!

There should be a -star up there. I'm going on my second year with Exactus and I see no sign of improvement. A 14 day turnaround time is rediculous, are they putting the meds on pony express??? The web site is of little or no use, label tells me there is 1 refil left but when I finally get someone on the phone I'm told there are no more refills on my Rx. This information is not available on their site. I've approved auto refils and have never received my Rx without personally having to contact my physician and request they fax/re-fax request. Will Exactus ever get their act together? I must admit that I spoke to a customer service representative this morning who seemed to be sincere in her attempts to help. What can you do when the turn-around time is 14 days!!!!

Zero * 's.....First order no problem. Second order..a DISASTER. Called 4 times in the last 8 days. Either their system is down, or it's Well Care's fault. Well Care guaranteed delivery this past Tuesday. Have just been on the phone again..on hold 20 min...hung up. They called back to put me on hold again..waited another 15...hung up. They called back to tell me they had no answer. Someone would call me back tomorrow. UGH..Thing is my husband takes 11 different meds..and he runs out of them tomorrow!!! Transfering everything back to local pharmacy. 8 days.. 4 phone calls...NO RESOLUTION. And No meds that were actually ordered 3/5/2013.

omg- everything I've read here is about identical to my experience with Exactus! Keep getting passed along to other depts, now threatening to contact my old Pharmacy and tell them I didn't pay for meds so that I won't be able to use them. Customer service is horrible. I wish I had seen these reviews before I went thru all this. Worse company I've ever seen. Both Wellcare and Exactus have websites and the ability to check orders, etc, but it does you no good becuz it's all wrong and you have to call anyway. IF they will ever answer the phone! I am going to switch back to my previous pharmacy, told them to not ship a thing at this point, I will put return to sender. They were supposed to not charge me any copays becuz I get extra help, but they are charging me 10 times what I was paying. Luckily if you get help from your state to pay for meds you can change drug plans anytime, not just at the first of the year.
