Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the word "Hempistry" where the letters are in black font outlined in yellow and the letter "i" is formed as a black test tube where the top of the test tube is in yellow and the graduations on the right side of the tube are in yellow. The bottom of the test tube "i" is parallel to the bottom of the adjacent letter "p" and the top of the test tube "i" is parallel to the top of the capitalized letter "H" beginning the word "Hempistry". The letter "i" also has a yellow line parallel to the top of the letter "p". Beneath the word "Hempistry" is a rectangular box in yellow with radiuses at each corner. Within the yellow box at the top center is the numeral "1" in black font outlined in yellow. In the center of the yellow box are the letters "Hy" also in black font outlined in yellow in a larger font. In the same size font as the numeral "1" above are the characters "+/- 00.00" again in black font outlined in yellow inside the of the yellow box at the bottom center. Directly behind the letters "Hy" is a circle filled with white color. Outboard of the white circle is a yellow annulus gradually fading from yellow to green. To the left and parallel to the word "Hempistry" is a raised push button surrounded by a droplet of a spilled chemical with shadows formed by a light source above and the right of the button. The text on the button is in smaller black font where the characters run at a 30 degree angle from lower left to upper right. The text on the button says "EST.2014" in black font. The center of the button is white fading to gray as it approaches a thin yellow circle, followed by a green annulus, followed by a black annulus, followed by a green annulus, followed by a yellow annulus fading to green at the outskirts of the irregular shapes representing a drop of spilled chemical. The color green appears in the background. The color black appearing at the top and bottom of the mark represents background and is not a part of the mark.
