The mark consists of a design comprised of a circle of words, namely "ESSENTIAL RELIEF" at the top curve of the circle and "SUPPORT SERVICES" at the bottom curve of the circle, both in the same stylized lettering and separated at the mid-section by two small shaded circles. In the center of the word-circle is a device resembling a mobile phone with a light frame and a dark screen upon which is centered the caduceus symbol, in white. On the left of the device is a port and across the top are the stylized letters "E.R.S.S", the initial letters of the words "ESSENTIAL RELIEF SUPPORT SERVICES."
