Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the words "DRIVE THRU CLINIC" and design. The words "DRIVE THRU CLINIC" appear in white letters printed on a blue background that is in the shape of a ring (the Word Ring). The words "DRIVE THRU" are at the top of the Word Ring and the word "CLINIC" is at the bottom of the Word Ring. The Word Ring is outlined on its outer aspects by two (2) concentric circles, the inner circle shape being colored white, and the outermost circle shape being colored blue. The Word Ring is outlined on its inner aspect by a circle shape that is colored white. A dark blue colored disk shape is located inside the white colored circle shape, and superimposed on the dark blue colored disk shape are a series of designs that represent a line of automobiles parked bumper to bumper each with a driver and a passenger in it, where each of the automobiles and their respective drivers and passengers are individually colored in shades of blue ranging from light blue in the foreground to dark blue in the background, and each of the automobiles and their respective drivers and passengers are outlined in the color white. The letters "DTC" appear on the grill of the automobile located in the foreground. White images outlined in red which represent health care providers with their arms outstretched and each holding a stethoscope are located on either side of the Word Ring. The white background surrounding the two (2) concentric circles which outline the Word Ring is not a claimed feature of the mark.
