Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an oval field with a diagonal division from upper left to lower right dividing the oval in half, with the left half being burnt orange and the right half being black. Over the left two-thirds of the oval is the word "DOC'S" in large white letters and below that is the wording "PUB & GRILLE" in smaller white letters, all having a black shadow outline. Over the right one-third of the oval, there is a design of a stylized duck shown in yellow with orange legs, feet and beak, white eyes with gray irises, wearing a light gray stethoscope with a darker gray strap, a reflective head mirror shown in white and gray and having a black head strap, a white lab coat with gray shading on the underside and at the edges to show texture, and holding a beer mug shown in light orange with white foam with his right upper appendage. All features of the design are outlined in a thin black line, and the duck also has a thicker burnt orange outline.
