Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a rectangle with an uneven ruffled border separated into two halves with the name "DeRomo's" in script lettering containing a capital "D" and capital "R" centered and somewhat angled between the two rectangular halves with an elongated script initial "D" and "R" of the word "DeRomo's" and with a lighter boarder surrounding the lettering forming the word "DeRomo's". Pictured above the name "DeRomo's" within the top half of the rectangle are two squares, the left square depicting a picture of a chef's hat on a flat surface with shading/shadows around the chef's hat and the right square depicting a picture of three loaves of bread on a flat surface, the front loaf being long and narrow and the two other loaves sitting behind the long narrow loaf, being round in shape with cuts in the top of the loaves looking like an "X" and with shading/shadows around the loaves of bread. On the lower half of the rectangle, below the name "DeRomo's" are two squares, the left square containing a depiction of two tomatoes, one upright and the other on its side, with shading/shadows around the tomatoes and the right square containing a depiction of a ball of garlic with shading/shadows around the ball of garlic. Beneath the lower rectangle is a straight line and below that line in all capital printed letters are the words "GOURMET MARKET & RESTAURANT".
