The mark consists of a round compass with round case rim encircling a round face with a chain ring appearing on top of the compass, with the stylized literal elements "CROSSROADS BREWING COMPANY" superimposed over the upper portion of the compass with the word "CROSSROADS" enlarged and appearing above the "BREWING COMPANY" wording, with pointed North, Northeast, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, West, and Northwest indicators centered on the compass face with the non-literal elements "N", "S", "E" and "W" at the pointed ends of the North, South, East and West indicators, respectively, with an interior circular ring element appearing behind the indicators, with four ears of wheat, each on its own stalk, with the ends of the stalks converging below the "S" indicia, two of which arc upward toward the East pointer and two of which arc upward toward the West pointer, and with a hilly landscape on the lower portion of the face with a body of water and hills in the background.
