If I could put down less the one star I would. Said to measure leg and ankle and go by their sizing. Went by their sizing and the ankle wrap was so tight, couldn't even get them on. Knee wraps are so tight for the size and the bands on the top and bottom do not stay in place. They roll up and cut into the skin. They may work fine if you don't bend or sit but as soon as you do and stand up they roll and hurt you. I know you want compression but you don't want your circulation cut off or dig into your legs. I called to return them and the operator was trying to talk me into exchanging for other sizes. Told her I measured and also told her the problems, but was still trying to convince me that I had the wrong sizes. Told me they would pay for shipping to get new sizes, but I still had to pay for sending the originals back and if the new ones didn't work, I'd be paying for sending them back as well. I was told maybe a friend of mine could use them. I didn't buy them for a friend. I was told that I could return them and I would be only receiving back what I paid for them. I paid for the shipping to my home and now I'm paying for returning this poor product as well. Total rip off.........I'd advise you to save your money. This copper wear is not worth what you pay for it.

This is my review of the product and my experience with customer service. I measured my knee area according to the size chart on their website and XXL was the correct size. I received the knee sleeves(buy one get one free)in about 2 weeks. I tried one of them on and it seemed to fit properly. After about 5 minutes, it began slipping off of my knee totally. I called customer service the next morning and told the rep what happened. He suggested that I get the next smaller size. I told him that I didn't believe the size was the reason it was slipping. It had more to do with the elastic that's supposed to hold it in place. I eventually agreed to have an XL sent as a replacement. The rep told me that if this one did not work out that they would refund my money. Two weeks later I received it and the same thing happened. It slipped off of the knee. I called in again and asked for a refund to be processed. The other options I was given were to give them to a friend as a gift or accept a $7 off coupon for another purchase instead of returning the sleeves for a refund. Why would I purchase again? I wanted the refund but I was told that I would be refunded only $19.99. The $15.98 shipping and handling is not refundable. I realize that s/h would not be refunded normally but that's almost 1/2 of the purchase total. I decided to keep them and just wear them under other knee sleeves that I have. I don't think they are doing anything therapeutically to be honest. But I'm stuck with them. If you decide to give them a try, call customer service first and just ask questions so your decision can be better informed than mine. Going to the website alone didn't work out well for me. Customer service seems to be based in India by the way.
