Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the words COOPER & THIEF in an arcuate position directly over the words CELLAR MASTERS which are also in an arcuate position, underneath which is a fanciful design of a wine barrel. On top of the barrel is a Derby Hat Bowler. The barrel is constructed from staves that are held together by 12 barrel hoops, 6 on the left hand side of the barrel, six on the left hand side of the barrel. The front of the barrel is constructed from 5 barrel staves. At the bottom of the front of the barrel is a spigot. The barrel is resting on barrel supports, two of which are visible on the right side and one of which is visible on the left side. In front of the barrel are four work shoe sole prints moving away from the barrel. To the side of the barrel in an implement used by wine makes to draw wine from the barrel for testing.
