The English words and Chinese characters are in the area between the two circles. The flags, handshake image, and grain design are inside the inner circle. The two flagpoles are crossed. The handshake image appears where the two flagpoles connect. The grain design is below the handshake image. The area between the two circles is blue. The English words and Chinese characters are white. The area inside the inner circle is light blue. The American flag has the familiar red-white-blue color scheme.
