Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a label design formed by a rectangle having a yellow background and green border, a red oblong is positioned in the top center portion of the rectangle, below the red oblong is a white rectangle with rounded top corners. Within the red oblong are white words "CHILI PASTE WITH SOYA BEAN OIL" underneath yellow Thai characters. In the middle portion of the white rectangle is a black outlined red royal barge with black lining and red Thai characters extending between the end sections of the red royal barge. Below the red royal barge are the blue words "PANTAINORASINGH BRAND". A red circular border is positioned between the red oblong and white rectangle. At the top of the circular border contains blue Thai characters at the top and a yellow royal barge outlined in black with a red ornament hanging in the back. On the yellow barge outlined in black is a stylized version of a Thai historical male legendary figure steering a red paddle. This male has white skin, black historical clothes and a red vest. The barge is on a white canal with scattered green areas. In the back on the green area is a black Thai structure. Below the circular border is the stylized red word "PANTAI" with red underlining which is above the word "NORASINGH" in red.
