Description of Design Search
The mark consists of a kite-like shape with the top being rounded. The kite-like shape has a double border. Inside the shape is a growling polar bear head facing to the right with its nose and mouth being outside the boarders of the kite-like shape. Within the shape, and on top of the polar bear, is a city skyline. Under the polar bear is a banner covering the bottom of the kite shape. The banner is in the shape of a rectangle with both of the longer sides concaving into the center of the rectangle slightly. Within the banner, towards the top, are the bolded letters"CHARLOTTE." At the bottom of the banner are the bolded letters "CHECKERS." All letters within the banner are formatted to fit the shape of the curved banner.
