The mark consists of a combination of three design components. The left design component consists of a stylized design of a leaping caribou in dark brown against a background of a shield in teal/aqua, with the words "CARIBOU COFFEE" in dark brown stylized letters below the shield design. The center design component consists of the stylized word "COFFEE" in teal/aqua and outlined in dark brown stacked above a dark brown ampersand symbol with a dark brown dash and squiggle on either side of the ampersand, all of which are stacked above the stylized word "BAGELS" in gold and outlined in dark brown. The right design component consists of a stylized design of two concentric circles rimmed by dark brown. The outer concentric circle is gold and contains the words "EINSTEIN BROS" in dark brown at the top of the circle and the word "BAGELS" at the bottom of the circle.
