Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a sky blue circle with a blue border containing an orange sun rising, centered at the top of the circle with red tipped rays extending outside of the circle. Directly under the sun is the word "CALIFORNIA" centered below the sun in navy blue letters. The word "MINIS" appears in orange letters outlined in red centered below the word "CALIFORNIA". There is a yellow banner centered below the word "MINIS" along the bottom of the circle which extends outside of the circle. The wording "... JUST ENOUGH" appears centered in the banner in white lettering. There are two palm trees with brown trunks and green leaves extending from the left side of the banner and two palm trees with brown trunks and green leaves extending from the right side of the banner, along the perimeter of the circle. There is a sky blue single line circular border around the outside of the circle.
