Description:

(1) - Electrolysers (electrolytic cells).
(2) - Installation, assembly, repair, servicing and maintenance of chemical plants; installation, assembly, repair, servicing and maintenance of alkaline water electrolysis plant to produce hydrogen; advisory services relating to the installation of power plants; construction of power plants; construction, assembly and installation of industrial or machine plant for use in electrochemistry and the chloralkali industry and in the production of chlorine, caustic soda or potassium hydroxide; cleaning, maintenance, servicing and repair of industrial or machine plant for use in electrochemistry and the chloralkali industry and in the production of chlorine, caustic soda or potassium hydroxide; dismantling and refurbishment of industrial or machine plant for use in electrochemistry and the chloralkali industry and in the production of chlorine, caustic soda or potassium hydroxide; construction, assembly, installation, maintenance, servicing, repair, dismantling and refurbishment of electrolysers and parts and fittings therefor; application of coatings on industrial or machinery equipment as part of repair and maintenance; application of coatings in the form of electrochemically active or other surface-active preparations to machines and equipment as part of repair and maintenance; advisory services relating to all of the aforesaid services; commissioning of electrochemical treatment equipment as part of installation; commissioning of installation of equipment for use in treatment services.
(3) - Electrochemical treatment; treatment of apparatus and instruments used in electrochemistry and the chloralkali industry and in the production of chlorine, caustic soda or potassium hydroxide with electrochemically active or other surface-active coatings, such as electrolytic, electrocatalytic, electrophoretic or conductive coatings; rental of industrial or machinery equipment for use in the electrochemical and chlor-alkali industries, and in the production of chlorine, caustic soda and potassium hydroxide.
(4) - Design services, namely design for others in the field of fuel cells and electrolysers; technical design and planning of power stations; technological consultation and advisory services in the field of hydrogen use; technological advisory services in relation to the use of hydrogen and oxygen as alternative fuel and energy sources; research, design, development and technical inspection with regard to industrial plant and machinery for use in electrochemistry and the chloralkali industry and in the production of chlorine, caustic soda or potassium hydroxide, and of parts and fittings therefor; construction planning and technical planning of chemical plants; construction planning and technical planning of alkaline water electrolysis plants to produce hydrogen; scientific and technological services, in particular engineering and industrial design services, predominantly technological consultancy and planning for constructing, expanding or dismantling, and operation, of chemical installations or parts for chemical installations, in particular chemical installations for producing synthesis gas; research and development in the field of chemistry and technology, in particular with regard to chemical production processes and chemical installations relating thereto or parts therefor; engineering, relating to data processing; engineering, namely engineering services with regard to process technology; engineering, namely engineering consultancy relating to the design, planning, assembly monitoring, use, operation, inspection, maintenance, repair, modification, expansion and demolition of chemical installations and other industrial installations; engineering, namely engineering services relating to technical regulatory approval planning and preparation environmental surveys occurring during the course of the aforesaid services and engineering work.
