Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a large blue oval with two concentric thin red oval-shaped lines. Between the two red oval lines (across the top, from left to right), are the words "BURGERS", "BEVERAGES", "SALADS" and "SHAKES", all in small white capital block letters. In between each of the words, is a white star. Between the red oval lines (across the bottom, from left to right) is a white star, followed by the words "FRESH-CUT FRIES AND ONION RINGS", in small white capital block letters, followed by another white star. Inside of the smaller red oval line (across the top, from left to right), are the words "BLUE SKY" in large white capital block letters. Under the words "BLUE SKY" is a red star with a white outline and under the red star, in smaller white capital block letters, is the word "TEXAS".
